You will learn how to apply the Tripod Beta methodology to real incidents and build a structured analysis that supports meaningful organisational learning.

Course scope

This course focuses specifically on the analysis stage of the Tripod Beta investigation process.

Investigation setup and planning, evidence gathering and interviewing techniques are not covered in this course.
